Avio Aero is seeking an Enabling Infrastructure Project Control Manager for a new Military Program to lead planning, cost tracking and reporting of enabling activities. You will coordinate with the Advanced Program Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely visibility of schedule risks and investment alignment.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, strong experience in project planning and financial metrics, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering
• Proven experience in project planning, control, and financial metrics management
• Ability to respond to and manage project changes
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and data-driven mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Availability to travel as required
• Eligibility to obtain security clearance from Italian authorities
• Valid work authorization and work visa as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate milestone governance activities within the Enabling Infrastructure workstream
• Integrate planning with IMS manager and functional planners for schedule visibility
• Coordinate capital investment planning and track spending vs requirements
• Lead workstream operating cadences and governance
• Prepare Program Control Board documentation for the area
• Support financial forecasting processes (QMI, Budget, Forecasts)
• Collaborate with Risk Manager on risks, opportunities, and actions
• Support MoD Price Investigation with schedule, cost, and program data
• Assist in internal reviews and Customer meetings
