CHEP è alla ricerca di un Supply Chain Planning Analyst per supportare la Pianificazione Strategica e l’ottimizzazione dei costi lungo la rete europea. Il ruolo richiede analisi dati avanzate, gestione stock e collaborazione con vendite e logistica per allineare obiettivi e SLA.

Verrà utilizzato SAP, JDA e Power BI per forecast e reporting. La posizione è presso la sede italiana, richiede esperienza in S&OP e capacità di lavorare in un contesto internazionale.

Competenze

• Requisito: laurea in ingegneria o equivalente.
• Minimo 3 anni di esperienza SCM in ambiente manifatturiero.
• Conoscenza di strumenti di pianificazione (JDA, SAP APO) e analisi dati.

Mansioni

• Analizzare dati e gestire lo stock per soddisfare la domanda senza overstock.
• Coordinare pianificazione produzione e logistica per allineare volumi e scorte di sicurezza.
• Sviluppare strumenti di ottimizzazione e presentare report su prevedibilità e performance.

This position manages a key area for the European Supply Chain organization. The mission of the role inside the Strategic Planning is to minimize the Supply Chain costs through the timely Supply Chain optimization process, as well as managing cost reduction opportunities across the whole Supply Chain network.È pronto/a a candidarsi? Si assicuri di aver compreso tutte le responsabilità e i compiti associati a questo ruolo prima di procedere.Key Responsibilities May Include:Analyze data and manage stock to meet demand while preventing overstocks, ensuring optimal inventory levels.Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation.Use forecasting tools such as SAP, JDA, and Excel to manage orders and predict future demand based on business needs.Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to align business goals with budget and service level agreements (SLAs).Develop and update optimization tools to streamline planning processes, minimize unnecessary movements, and improve operational efficiency.Prepare and present reports on stock levels, forecasts, and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making.Coordinate production planning and logistics to align production volumes with customer demand and safety stock levels.Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and enhance storage, stock rotation, and transportation plans, maximizing handling capacities.TACTICAL PLANNINGUse Supply Chain and Inventory Management techniques to develop production and transportation plans ensuring high service levels at low cost.Identify & implement relocation flows to guide master planning Forecast all flows and stocks with the IT Supply Chain Tools.Produce optimal network location and capacity. Build optimal supply plansDeliver scenario and contingency planning frameworkFORECASTINGCollaborate with sales management team to gather field intelligence regarding customer ordering behaviourParticipate in monthly reviews of demand forecast with Sales, Sales Finance, and Planning managers and directorsMaintain customer forecast profiles Produce optimal network location and capacity.STRATEGIC PLANNINGBe an essential part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process in all its stages.Manage use of CHEP optimization tools to deliver accurate data & reporting.Track outcomes of short term planning & budget to forecast demand, depict trends and assess variancesComplete ad hoc analysis as requiredIdentify short, medium and long term opportunities for company direct cost saving and assess their potential impactProfileBachelors degree, Bachelors Science degree on engineering discipline (preferable) or demonstrated equivalent experience in SC Planning Analysis.Ideally : Knowledge of CHEP, JDA, Power BI, SAP, Blue ViewAt least 3 years business experience in Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment (Production Planning / Logistics Planning / Procurement Planning / Network Optimization)Advanced experience in Supply Chain Management tools (JDA Manug. xysqume / SAP APO, etc.), either as a user or consultant.Experience with S&OP and with Sales Forecasting and demand planningLanguage: Italian, EnglishComputer: Strong Excel Skills, SAP (ERP + BW / BI), JDA, Power Query, power BI.Personal: flexible; collaborative ; problem solving; comfortable working in international environment; strong analytical skills, strong communication skills
