Job summary

Ferragamo is seeking a Demand Planner at our Florence headquarters to lead demand forecasting for Markets and Products, collaborating with Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing to anticipate customer needs.

Requirements include a 2+ year background in Demand Planning, advanced Excel, BI/forecasting tools, and strong analytical capabilities. Italian and English proficiency are essential for cross-functional work and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering with 2+ years in Retail, Distribution or Demand Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI and forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast results.
• Product sensitivity to anticipate future demand.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement the demand forecasting process at multiple aggregation levels for all Markets and Products.
• Analyse historical sales trends and demand patterns; interpret performance to assess forecasts.
• Evaluate and validate forecast results using business and product knowledge.
• Interpret inputs from Sales, Merchandising, Marketing to adjust forecasts.
• Implement sales and stock analysis WW of the entire Collection.
• Identify KPIs to monitor forecasting performance.
