Job summary

Based in Ferrera Erbognone, you will act as a trusted partner to key customers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support future business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in customer success or similar roles (account/client management).
• Experience in data centres, infrastructure, or project-driven environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or French language skills would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage ongoing relationships.
• Understand customer capacity, site selection, and expansion requirements.
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and commercial discussions.
• Develop business cases, management presentations, and approval papers.
• Manage project delivery against milestones and ready-for-service dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
• Manage escalations, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
