Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist in the Varese/Cascina Costa area. The role covers advising on contractual aspects through the full lifecycle, supporting risk management, budgeting, and KPI evaluation to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or Engineering, strong analytical abilities, and fluency in English (B2). Hybrid work and a permanent contract are offered with extensive development opportunities.

Competenze

Degree in Economics or Engineering preferred.
Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management concepts.
Knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including with customers.

Mansioni

Advise PM about all contractual aspects during the life cycle of the project and support KPI evaluation.
Support Risk Managers to identify contract risks and analyze client requirements during bidding.
Define high level schedule and budget based on contractual milestones and requirements.
Create Work Order Requests and interact with clients during contract signature and review processes.
Negotiate with clients on contractual requirements and revenues, and manage related budget baselines.
