Job summary

OLIVER is seeking a Content Operations & Production Manager to support the local Content & Production function across TVC, digital, print, eCommerce, and shopper marketing. You will manage day-to-day content and production operations, translating media plans and audience insights into clear content requirements and efficient workflows.

You will coordinate with marketers, media teams, creatives, and production partners to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and content execution, with strong planning skills.
• Ability to translate media plans into production requirements and workflows.
• Excellent briefing, project management and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage content order forms and production requests, ensuring clear, purposeful requirements.
• Review content briefs for creative requirements, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Analyze media plans and audience insights to identify content opportunities and gaps.
• Maintain asset matrices to ensure correct content is produced for each channel.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve bottlenecks and deliver on time.
