The City Of Toronto is seeking a Coordinator, Complement Review & Reporting to provide centralized support for IS and DGS complement management. You will help monitor organizational changes and promote consistency across divisions, working closely with HR, finance, and program staff.

You will extract and reconcile complement data, maintain budgets and charts, and respond to inquiries while ensuring payroll accuracy within SAP and related records.

Competenze

• Extensive experience with employee records and documentation.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio).
• Extensive experience with workforce management systems, such as SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Experience handling a wide range of HR issues including policies and processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining complex reports and spreadsheets.
• Experience maintaining detailed records and correspondence using filing systems.

• Coordinates activities related to divisional complement reconciliation and reporting.
• Extracts reports from the SAP Complement Management and updates information in SAP.
• Works with Corporate HR counterparts on complement management.
• Maintains a monitoring system for tracking staff requisitions and budget changes.
• Verifies payroll transactions in SAP and reflects changes in division records.
• Reconciles positions with budget and SAP data.
• Develops organizational charts for budgeting for assigned portfolios.
• Responds to inquiries from management and employees about policies.
• Prepares budget, salaries and benefits documentation and related support.
• Drafts documentation on complement and organizational structure for programs.
• Conducts analysis and retrieves background information from divisions.
• Liaises with staff to reconcile complement within approved budgets.
• Monitors complement data and resolves discrepancies in SAP CM.
• Runs SAP CM reports for vacancies, durations and cost distribution.
