Baker Hughes is looking for a Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management in Italy to shape procurement strategy for a key product line. You will collaborate with Product Leadership, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver optimized supplier choices and cost reductions.

You should have a engineering/economics background with 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain, and be fluent in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Operations or Supply Chain.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Contribute to long-term commodity strategies and procurement KPI performance.
• Integrate commodity strategies with product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing.
• Drive supplier selection, development and management for New Product Development.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations for materials and partnerships.
• Issue purchase orders and seek cost reductions while balancing quality and schedule.
• Support cost-out programs, deflation, cycle reduction and cash flow improvements.
