PTC is seeking a senior sales professional in Italy to drive digital transformation sales for manufacturing customers. You will translate PTC’s portfolio into measurable business value, engage cross-functionally, and build executive relationships across discrete and process manufacturing.

Leverage Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer and Servicemax to expand engagements and win new business. You will work with Partners and internal teams to forecast revenue, manage complex enterprise deals, and deliver

Competenze

• 5+ years in sales or sales-related roles in discrete and process manufacturing industries
• Strong sales acumen with a disciplined hunter mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
• Bachelor (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Ability to plan and execute to meet business objectives
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales and partner ecosystems
• Strong resilience and self-motivation
• Integrity
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer, Servicemax portfolio awareness
• Experience selling to Manufacturing (Discrete and Process) industries

Mansioni

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals
• Build and nurture executive/SVP relationships for long-term partnerships
• Expand current engagements and win new business within assigned accounts
• Analyze client internal processes to tailor PTC solutions
• Engage with partner ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators)
• Forecast and assess revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with internal matrix organizations (Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical, Customer Success)
• Conduct customer-site sales calls to discover opportunities
