Job summary

Alstom in Savigliano is seeking a motivated Bid Planning Manager to coordinate bid scheduling and ensure on-time delivery of proposals. You will act as the deputy to the Bid Manager, align the core team, and lead scheduling activities across internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires deep knowledge of scheduling theory, experience with Primavera or MS Project, and strong MS Excel data skills. You will develop bid schedules, manage critical paths, and communicate clearly at all levels

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of scheduling theory and critical path methodology.
• Strong ability to coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with bid scheduling and schedule risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid schedule with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Region, PL, Scheduling Experts and Group Planning for verifications.
• Organize and lead regular scheduling meetings to align on milestones.
• Identify critical path and risks; propose optimization and mitigation actions.
• Draft bid schedule narrative for internal and customer versions.
• Present scheduling information during bid gate reviews.
