EssilorLuxottica in Milano, Italy offers a Retail Italia Store Communications & Processes Internship embedded in the Store Operations team to optimize store processes and support tool rollouts for field operations.

The role requires a Master’s degree near completion, fluency in English and Italian, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, organized mindset. This internship spans communications, merchandising, and retail operations roles across the organization.

Your role

This role is embedded within the Store Operations team, which contributes to the optimization and efficiency of all processes involving stores by collaborating with all functions, ensuring effective and adequate operational performance. It supports business and field management to achieve operational excellence, higher performance, better customer experience and process integration.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out specific sector analyzes and associated reporting
• Support in the process of implementing new store tools to improve field processes and procedures (e.g. new cashier tool, innovative payment methods..)
• Support the team in drafting operating manuals relating to new projects implemented in stores or the revision of existing processes
• Support the team, for the maintenance of the new cash system (both for S&V and for GV), for the realization of the operational materials and in the continuous support phase for the stores
• Support team in the communication process to the stores
• Support for the management of in-store applications and existing processes through direct contact with Area Managers and stores

Main requirements:

• Master's degree completed or about to be completed
• Fluency in both English and Italian
• Analysis and problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and good use of the Office package
