IKEA Gruppe in Genova seeks a store leadership professional to drive a joyful shopping experience and increased profitability. You will lead teams, optimize the store layout and range presentation while translating customer insights into locally relevant home furnishing solutions.
The role partners with Sales and Supply to uphold standards and brand values. Applicants should have strong retail leadership, budget awareness, and fluent English and Italian communication.
To lead, develop and inspire your team to optimise a joyful shopping experience from home to home to secure satisfied customers and increased sales and profitability in your store. In your strategies and actions, you steer the business in a multichannel retail environment, to attract new visitors and stimulate repetition of visit. To lead, develop and inspire your team and other functions in the store in increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know how in the local market. Accountable for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home.

Permanent contract classified at Level Quadro under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts from 58.500€.
