Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a Stock Keeper for a temporary role based in Rome. You will manage the back of house stock, ensuring organized storage and efficient flow between stockroom and shop floor to support an excellent client experience.

You will handle stock deliveries, matching invoices, inform HQ of discrepancies, and participate in regular stock takes. Proven organisational skills and a passion for fashion are essential, with Italian fluent and English a plus.

As a Stock Keeper you will be responsible for the activities of the Back of House, ensuring the creation of an environment which allows efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence in routines and execution. You will work closely with the store team ensuring the right products are available on and close to the shop floor enabling an excellent client experience.

This is a temporary position.

Your role will be:

• Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards with merchandise stored in a clear and organised way which allows the efficient flow between front and back of house.
• Manage the delivery of stock into the store, checking that it matches against the invoice and informing HQ / Inventory of any discrepancies.
• Unpack all deliveries placing stock safely and correctly in its designated location
• Control and manage the transfer of stock to and from the store and the return of stock to the Warehouse.
• Support the flow of stock and packaging between the back and front of house, ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Ensure the team are promptly informed of new stock arrivals
• Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigate and communicate any discrepancies to your Manager.
• Process all paperwork, reports and general administration connected with stock management.
• Work with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) making available their product requests.
• Support and coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alteration, etc) to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Fully integrate and participate in the store activities such as morning briefings, relevant training, etc.

• A deep interest in Fashion, Art and Culture
• Fluent in Italian, English will be a plus
