Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller for our Milan Montenapoleone flagship store. This role supports back-of-house operations and ensures products are available for clients, working with the team to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in stock management, strong attention to detail, RFID experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Weekend availability and digital readiness are required.

Mansioni

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring products are always and timely available for our Clients.
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients.
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance.
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager.
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to.
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Milan Montenapoleone Flagship Store.

As an experienced Stock Controller, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Your Impact

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;

Qualifications

• Stong attention to detail and well-organized;
• Experience with the use of RIFD system is highly valued;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Available to work during weekends;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary range: €25,500–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to store performance.
• Meal vouchers provided for each worked day.
