Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller for our Milan Montenapoleone Flagship Store. Reporting to the store manager, you will oversee back-of-house stock processes, ensure product availability for clients, and support the sales team with accurate stock information.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in stock management or luxury retail, exceptional attention to detail, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
• Stong attention to detail and well-organized.
• Experience with the use of RFID system is highly valued.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available to work during weekends.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Mansioni

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring products are always and timely available for our Clients.
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients.
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance.
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager.
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to.
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.

Moncler is looking for a

Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Milan Montenapoleone Flagship Store. As an experienced Stock Controller, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Your Impact

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary range: €25,500–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to store performance.
