Moncler is seeking a 30-hour Part-Time Stock Controller for our Milan Malpensa Airport store. The role focuses on back-of-house operations, stock replenishment, and ensuring products are available for customers, in collaboration with the store team.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in stock management or retail, strong attention to detail, fluency in Italian and English, and is able to work weekends. RFID experience is valued, and a competitive commission scheme plus meal vouchers are offered.

Mansioni

• Deliver all warehouse operations to ensure products are available for clients in a timely manner.

• Deal with stock replenishment, cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance.
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and report discrepancies to line manager.
• Handle customers’ repair requests and ensure after-sales procedures are followed.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a 30h Part-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Store in Milan Malpensa Airport. As an experienced Stock Controller, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Your Impact

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.

Qualification

• 1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector;
• Stong attention to detail and well-organized;
• Experience with the use of RIFD system is highly valued;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Available to work during weekends;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual full-time salary range: €25,500–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to store performance.
• Meal vouchers provided for each worked day.
