Responsibilities include overseeing the care of products, managing daily goods receipt and storage, and processing e-commerce orders. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess strong organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. This role plays a vital part in maintaining warehouse operations and productivity.

JOB PURPOSE

You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
• Manage day‑to‑day goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
• Prepare shop‑to‑shop and return transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
• Process e‑commerce orders (Prada.com or e‑tailers) ensuring required service levels.
• Handle the flow of damaged, non‑sellable or under‑repair products (On Hold, Consignment, etc.).
• Organize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systems.
• Organize the display objects system.
• Implement theft‑prevention measures by following company guidelines, especially in communication and documentation.
• Assist in prompt investigation of system negatives.
• Participate in planning and execution of physical and cycle inventories of finished products, accessory locations, packaging, stationery, and engineering materials, respecting company timing.
• Support warehouse activities related to sales.
• Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
