Prada Group is seeking a warehouse stock assistant to support goods receiving, storage, and order flows across the store network. You will ensure proper handling of products, adherence to company procedures, and smooth flow of e-commerce orders.

The role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both in a team and independently within a creative, international environment.

Job Purpose

You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.

You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
• Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company

procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency

• Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company

guidelines and timelines

• Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to
• guarantee the required service levels
• Prepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold,

Consignment ...), products under repair

• Organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems
• Organizes the Display objects system
• Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially

in terms of communication and documentation produced

• Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives
• Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle

Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing

• Support the management of the warehouse activities related to sales
• Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
