Havas Media Group cerca un/una stagista per affiancare il team Client Business Assistant a Milano. L’attività include supporto al team operativo di pianificazione media, gestione fornitori e rendicontazione delle spese di investimenti.

Il ruolo prevede formazione in ambito comunicazione, con rimborso spese e buoni pasto e possibilità di proroga. Sede Milano, stage curricolare di 6 mesi, possibile estensione di ulteriori 6 mesi.

Competenze

• Laurea o diploma in materie umanistiche/comunicazione.
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, soprattutto PowerPoint ed Excel.
• Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto.
• Disponibilità immediata.

Mansioni

• Supportare il team di Client Business Consultant e Omnichannel Innovation Lead fornendo output al cliente.
• Controllare i piani media e la rispondenza con i gestionali interni.
• Supportare il team operativo in formattazione, reporting.
• Redigere documenti PowerPoint da condividere con referenti Havas Global.
• Coordinarsi con Hub di Media Activation e Havas Market per ricezione dei media plan.

Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team, Havas Media Group è attualmente alla ricerca di uno STAGE – Client Business Assistant. Ci rivolgiamo a laureati/diplomati interessati a svolgere una prima esperienza lavorativa, che abbiano entusiasmo e voglia di mettersi in gioco. L’esperienza proposta consentirà al candidato/a scelto/a di affiancare il team operativo che si occupa di pianificazione media e di supportarli in merito alla gestione dei fornitori, della rendicontazione economica degli investimenti e delle relative fatture. Le attività riguarderanno lo svolgimento delle seguenti mansioni:

• Supporto alle figure di Client Business Consultant e Omnichannel Innovation Lead nel fornire gli output attesi dal cliente;
• Controllo dei piani media e della rispondenza con i gestionali interni;
• Supporto al team operativo per le attività di formattazione, reporting;
• Redazione di documenti powerpoint da condividere con i referenti Havas Global sui clienti gestiti da un hub europeo;
• Relazione e coordinamento con gli Hub di Media Activation e Havas Market per la ricezione dei media plan da deliverare al cliente.

Requisiti essenziali:

• Laurea o diploma in materie umanistiche/comunicazione;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare riguardo a Powerpoint/Excel;
• Attenzione ai dettagli, precisione e puntualità;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
• Disponibilità immediata.

Sede di lavoro: Milano Orario di lavoro: full-time Si offre inserimento in stage curricolare. I nostri stage hanno durata di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga su ulteriori 6 mesi.

• Sono previsti un rimborso spese di 500€ lordi + 140€ buoni pasto.
