Docebo Inc. in Lombardia, Monza area, seeks a Senior Product Engineer I to design and deploy scalable features for a global SaaS learning platform, focusing on embedded learning and companion experiences.

You will work with a cross-functional team to translate concepts into production-grade solutions, tackle complex performance challenges, and reduce handoffs to accelerate delivery. A strong frontend focus with Angular is expected, plus Scrum, CI/CD, and testing automation.

Competenze

• 4+ years of full-stack development with a strong frontend focus.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies; Angular knowledge preferred.
• Experience in Scrum environments and understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with automation and testing frameworks for high-velocity delivery.
• Proactive problem-solver with diagnostic skills for complex issues.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable software for the global SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to turn concepts into high-performing features.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in peer reviews.
• Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
