Docebo Inc. in Milano is seeking a Senior Product Engineer I to shape a world-class SaaS learning platform. You’ll design and deploy scalable backend and frontend solutions with Golang, PHP, Angular/React, and a modern DevOps stack.

Collaborate across product, design, and QA, own code quality, reduce technical debt, monitor live apps, and participate in Agile ceremonies in a hybrid, office-plus-remote environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on with Golang or PHP (or both) and frontend (Angular or React).
• Experience in Scrum, CI/CD, and rapid delivery.
• DevOps familiarity: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Testing automation and modern development practices.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for a global SaaS platform.
• Partner with Product, UX, and QA to turn concepts into high-performing features.
• Maintain code quality and participate in peer reviews to uphold standards.
• Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Monitor live applications and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
