Magna International seeks a financial professional to support the Cosma group by leading the month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations with SAP and OneStream. The role emphasizes accurate financial records and robust reporting.

You will manage AR processes, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and participate in internal/external audits, contributing to continuous process improvements and financial controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, or equivalent years of experience and certified training.
• 1-2 years of related accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills is required.
• Experience with OneStream is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the month-end close process, including preparing/posting journal entries, loading financial data into OneStream, and ensuring all financial records are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations (AR, GRIR, customer deductions, and other assigned accounts), researching and resolving outstanding items.
• Compile and review month-end reporting packages, including journal entry binders, reconciliation binders, financial statements, and supporting documentation for management review.
• Manage key Accounts Receivable functions, including cash application, customer account reconciliation, collections, past-due follow-up, pricing variance resolution, and deduction analysis.
• Prepare and distribute critical financial and operational reports, including AR aging, overdue account reporting, deduction tracking, and daily sales dashboards.
• Support audit and compliance activities, coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing requested financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end and budgeting activities, including inventory reconciliation, 1099 preparation, CMF reporting, and loading budget/forecast financials into OneStream.
