Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting is seeking a Financial Analyst to support group-wide controlling and consolidation across entities in Italy. The role focuses on accurate reporting, automation initiatives, and digital finance transformation, leveraging Power BI, RPA, Python, and ERP modules.

You will partner with divisional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and insightful financial analysis, helping senior management make informed decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in controlling; proven automation and digital finance transformation.
• Knowledge of group consolidation tools and ERP systems (SAP, OneStream).
• Advanced Excel and automation tools (Power BI, RPA platforms, Python, SQL).

Mansioni

• Group Controlling & Consolidation: prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group results.
• Automation & Digital Transformation: drive automation of reporting and controlling processes; develop dashboards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: support budgeting and forecasting cycles; align local plans with group objectives.
• Business Partnering: provide financial insights to divisional controlling teams.
