ING is seeking an SRE Expert in Milano to join our on-site team. You will define SLOs/SLIs, enforce quality gates in CI/CD, and lead chaos engineering to improve resilience. The role demands 4+ years in SRE/SDLC, cloud-native architectures, and strong communication.

Hybrid location in Milan with a permanent contract and base salary starting at 48,000€ annually. You will mentor developers, optimize incident response, and drive toil reduction across engineering streams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience with SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and tracing (Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Mansioni

• Define, track, and enforce SLOs/SLIs and error budgets across teams.
