Job summary

IMA Group, a global leader in automatic machines for processing and packaging, seeks a Spare Parts Assistant for the IMA Corazza division in Bologna. You will prepare quotes for replacement parts and provide end-to-end technical support and customer service.

Collaboration with Project Management, Customer Service and Technical Department is essential to handle requests; English fluency is required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• French knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotes for sale of replacement parts.

For IMA Corazza we are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant. IMA Corazza is the division that manufactures dosing and packaging machines for the Food & Dairy industry.

Work Location: Bologna (BO)

The Role

• Preparing sales quotes for the sale of replacement parts;
• Providing technical support and customer service throughout the entire process: from order receipt to shipping and invoicing;
• Collaborating with various company departments (Project Management, Customer Service, Technical Department) to ensure effective handling of technical and sales-related requests;
• Directly managing, following a period of training and mentoring, customers and agents in assigned territories.

Experience & Skills

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

• Good knowledge of French, both written and spoken;
• High school diploma or college degree in a language-related field, or equivalent qualification.

Compensation Package

The initial gross annual salary will be € 34.000, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
