SAB Aerospace seeks a Product Assurance Engineer to drive quality and reliability in cutting-edge space projects. You will implement project QA plans, lead design reviews, and coordinate across engineering teams and suppliers.

The role requires strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, problem-solving skills and excellent communication to ensure adherence to ECSS and related requirements. Travel to national and international sites is expected.

Competenze

Experience in a QA/assurance role within aerospace.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 quality systems.
Understanding ECSS, ISO and ASTM requirements is desirable.
Knowledge of Product Assurance requirements for Space applications (ECSS).
Experience supporting multiple engineering teams and suppliers.
Proven ability to resolve problems in an engineering environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

Implement a product assurance plan on a project basis.
Participate in design reviews and inspection points.
Ensure quality requirements in the Project SOW are addressed.
Proactively implement preventive actions for known quality issues.
Negotiate quality standards with customers and suppliers.
Act as single point of contact for quality matters across disciplines.
Review company standards and update processes; ensure documents are signed before configuration control board approval.
Maintain project records for traceability of issues and solutions.
Conduct audits to verify compliance and drive process optimization.
Help create metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
Participate in Non-Conformance Review Boards and address corrective actions.
