Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Project PA Manager to ensure all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects within the assigned perimeter. The role requires coordinating the PA plan, managing non-conformities, and interfacing with Customer Quality teams to ensure compliance with ECSS and QMS standards.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience in the Space Domain.
• 5 years in Quality management (Project/Product PA).
• Deep knowledge of ECSS standards.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance to project requirements and justify deviations.
• Maintain QA activities per Company QMS, standards and regs.
• Interface with Customer Quality representatives for PA matters.
• Represent PA in Project Management team discussions.
• Establish/update the Project PA Plan and ensure implementation.
• Manage Non-Conformities and ensure visibility to Customer.
• Coordinate Project Quality team and supplier flows.
• Prepare and approve Quality documents under PA responsibility.
• Report Quality aspects to Customer, PMO, and management.
• Participate in internal and Customer project reviews with PA input.
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
• Exercise alerts and veto rights as per processes.
• Contribute proactively to Risk Management and improvements.
