Leonardo Space Division’s Telespazio unit in Rome seeks an AIV System Integrator to join the IVV team, focusing on ground segment deployment, configuration, and verification for space missions. You’ll work on test campaigns, automation, and deployment of OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.

Required: 4+ years in complex V&V activities, Linux/Windows, IaC, scripting, and DevOps tools; English proficiency is essential. Hybrid work arrangement in Rome with EU travel availability.

Competenze

• Experience in complex Systems Verification & Validation (V&V) activities, including test data/tools identification, automated testing for system testing, software testing, unit testing, debugging and profiling.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong familiarity with virtual environments (KVM, VMware, esxi, vsphere, OpenStack).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, Ansible.
• Automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
• Knowledge of databases and English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Set up, configure, and maintain test, reference, and target platforms.
• Install and update COTS and application software.
• Develop and maintain environments and tools for test campaigns, including automation.
• Support deployment and management of OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
• Develop deployment automation using Terraform and Ansible; collect test results.
• Integrate application software and verify correct behavior.
• Execute test procedures per AIV plans and participate in TRRs/TRBs.
• Prepare test execution and installation reports.
• Assist anomaly investigations per the process.
• Contribute to IVV campaign planning and execution.
