Job summary

D-Orbit is seeking a Legal Counsel for the Regulatory Strategy and Legal Affairs team in Fino Mornasco. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and standardising contracts for sales and procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance for space-related operations.

You will work with Sales, Procurement, technical, and logistics teams to support business operations, including licensing, insurance, and risk management. The role requires Italian law background and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, preferably obtained in Italy.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sales and procurement contracts.
• Proficiency in English; Italian language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate sales and procurement contracts.
• Develop, maintain and update contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Lead negotiations and advise on pricing, terms, liability, risk and contract lifecycle management.
