Job summary

OVS Group in Mestre, Italy is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to manage international contracts within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will draft, negotiate, and review a broad spectrum of agreements, advise on liabilities, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Finance to align legal risk with business goals.

The role requires a law degree with bar qualification and at least 5 years at a top firm, with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts (sales, agency, distribution, licensing, IT, SaaS).
• Provide legal advisory on partnerships, procurement, and retail operations; manage liabilities and litigation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Finance to align legal advice with business goals.
