Job summary

SAN SONNEA is seeking a compassionate and strategic SPA Manager to guide our SPA & Wellness department within a premier Dolomites luxury lodge. Lead operations, guest experience, and team development, delivering holistic wellness with Alpine inspiration and five-star service.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, treatments, reception, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration, while upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in SPA & Wellness
• Strong delivery of SPA treatments and therapies
• Excellent command of English; German or Italian a plus

Job description

To lead our SPA & Wellness department, we are looking for an empathetic, inspiring, and quality-driven SPA Manager (m/f/d) who, together with the team, creates exceptional wellness experiences and brings our holistic wellness philosophy to life.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the SPA & Wellness department, including operations, quality, profitability, and team leadership
• Strategic development of our holistic SPA and wellness concept with Alpine inspiration
• Ensuring exceptional, personalized 5-star guest experience through a strong presence, individual attention and the highest service standards
• Overseeing daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and SPA reception
• Professional delivery of SPA treatments and therapies in the treatment room, including personalised consultation and guest care
• Leading, developing, and motivating the SPA team while fostering a respectful and inspiring team culture
• Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and safety
• Responsibility for inventory management, purchasing, budget planning, and cost control
• Close collaboration with the General Management as well as the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in the SPA & Wellness industry, ideally as a SPA Manager or Assistant SPA Manager
• Strong hands‑on experience in the professional delivery of SPA treatments and therapies
• Passion for well-being, health, and holistic wellness
• A strong leadership personality with empathy, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Strong quality awareness and a genuine understanding of luxury 5-star service
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
• Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented working styleStrong communication skills and a passion for developing and motivating teams
• Excellent command of English; German or Italian is an advantage
