Lynxeo in Italy is seeking a South European Business Developer to drive the Energy Transition & Shipbuilding segment across Southern Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, build strategic client relationships, and report on pipeline and performance against targets.

The role requires deep EPCs experience in Oil/Gas or Energy projects, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work across sales, marketing and operations in a fast-growing international

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Sales/Negotiation or equivalent.
• More than 10 years of experience dealing with EPCs for Oil/Gas, Chemical or Energy Transition applications.

Mansioni

• Sell a range of products and solutions to South Europe clients.
• Develop Lynxeo’s position in Energy Transition & Shipbuilding segments.
• Represent Lynxeo with key customers and prospects, executing the commercial action plan.
• Own the full sales process from prospecting to order management and cash collection.
• Record visits in CRM and provide monthly progress reports.
