Hudl is hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Solutions team in Chiavari, Italy. You will design holistic technology solutions for elite sports organizations, guiding new product innovations and advising on Pro Suite offerings.

This role requires 3 days in the office per week and commuting distance to Chiavari. You’ll partner with sales to identify growth opportunities, design high-performance workflows, and translate client needs into product enhancements.

Competenze

• Must have SaaS and pre-sales consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of high-performance workflows in professional sports.
• Familiar with Hudl Pro Suite tools (Hudl, Hudl Sportscode, Hudl Replay, Wyscout, StatsBomb).
• Collaborative communicator able to present to executives and win trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Able to analyze data, define success criteria and drive initiatives to completion.
• Willing to travel regularly to visit customers and events.

• Define pre-sales strategy and partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Design high-performance workflow solutions for global sports organizations.
• Collaborate with Product to shape the Pro Suite roadmap and prototypes.
• Develop training content and enablement materials for sales teams and customers.
