Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform, is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to collaborate with large customers to tailor Stripe solutions in complex, mission-critical environments. You’ll blend technical depth with business consulting to advocate for customer needs and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include leading technical discussions, shaping solution strategies, and producing reference architectures while engaging cross-functionally with product and engineering
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Solutions Architecture team works with our largest, most complex users to understand their technical requirements and map those to Stripe technology.
You are an experienced technologist with a blend of technical depth and strong business consulting skills. You can write code, but prefer to spend your time working with users to create Stripe solutions to support customer business objectives in complex, mission critical environments. You'll think strategically about the art of the possible for the user’s business, and be able to clearly articulate that in a way that informs and builds confidence in Stripe’s technology. You should be able to engage and motivate cross-functionally both internally and within our customer’s organisations at all levels, from Cx to Product Engineering. You'll have a track record of delivering outstanding customer results as part of a pre-sales team, but a history of deep technical work that gives you the ability to be credible with any audience.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
