ING in Milan is seeking a Solution Designer / IT Integrator to translate business objectives and requirements into scalable, secure end-to-end technical solutions. You will bridge Business, Architecture and Engineering to ensure technical coherence across systems and data flows.

The role drives solution feasibility, end-to-end design, technical alignment and governance throughout the initiative lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning analysis, design, delivery support and stakeholder

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 6 years of experience in the role.

The Solution Designer / IT Integrator is responsible for translating business objectives, functional requirements and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable end-to-end technical solutions.

The role acts as the bridge between Business, Architecture and Engineering, ensuring technical coherence across systems, applications, integrations and data flows while supporting successful delivery outcomes.

The Solution Designer / IT Integrator drives solution feasibility, end-to-end design, technical alignment and implementation governance throughout the initiative lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Solution Analysis

Contract offer:

• Working conditions : Permanent employment contract
• Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
• Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)
• Location : Milan (hybrid)
• Starting annual base salary: 50.000€
• Variable remuneration : in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function and individual performance)
