ING is seeking a dedicated Operations professional to join the COO area, helping to ensure process efficiency, support daily activities, and optimize workflows for increasingly effective and secure services. You will coordinate with multiple teams to improve procedures and regulatory compliance in a dynamic banking environment.

• Degree (a master's is considered a plus).
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for a candidate to join our Operations area, a strategic team for the functioning of the bank. The COO area is responsible for ensuring process efficiency, supporting daily activities, and optimizing workflows to provide increasingly effective and secure services.
