ACM Staffing is assisting a leading renewable energy company in finding Solar Field Technicians for Emilia-Romagna. The role covers hands-on installation, commissioning, maintenance and fault resolution at PV plants, with travel between sites and strict adherence to safety and Italian standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years PV experience, electrical certification and fluency in Italian; English is a plus for technical docs.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualification or equivalent certification required.
• 2–3+ years of PV system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inverters, transformers and distribution systems.
• Understanding of high/low voltage electrical systems and O&M procedures.
• Fluent Italian; English useful for technical docs.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission and test utility-scale PV plants.
• Connect panels, inverters and electrical components per specs.
• Support system integration and grid connection steps.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and fault resolution.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of records and compliance with standards.
