Canadian Solar Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for the Italian market to manage inbound leads, educate prospects on solar financial benefits, and qualify them for residential system designs.

The role requires native or near-native Italian proficiency, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and a drive to deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑growing renewable energy environment.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing or customer care, renewable energy sector experience is a major asset.
• Good knowledge of energy storage products and solutions; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to handle leads analysis and qualification
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.

Mansioni

• Lead Qualification: Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to identify highly qualified buyers.
• Sales Meeting Support: Coordinate and participate in customer meetings with Sales Managers, preparing presentations and follow‑up summaries.
• Customer Event & Campaign Support: Assist Sales Managers in organizing customer events (webinars, roadshows, trade fairs) with proper invitations and follow‑ups.
• Product & Promotion Enablement: Keep records updated with new product developments and promotions for timely communication.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales stages within the CRM.
• Sales Operations Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Operations to follow up on orders, fulfillment, deliveries, and invoicing.
