Требуется опыт проектирования микросервисов и работы с высоконагруженными системами, владение Java и сильные коммуникативные навыки.

Qualifications

• 7+ лет опыта в бэкенд разработке и смежных областях.
• Опыт проектирования и поддержки микросервисов в быстро развивающейся среде.
• Опыт построения высокопроизводительных, доступных систем, обслуживающих миллионы пользователей.
• Глубокие знания Java и способность решать сложные технические задачи.
• Умение ясно и убедительно общаться с заинтересованными сторонами и налаживать межорганизационные связи.
• Страсть к FinTech или стартапам. В знании: AWS будет плюсом.

Responsibilities

• Определять долгосрочную техническую стратегию области и архитектуру.
• Архитектурировать и реализовывать сложные подсистемы с учётом взаимодействия across products.
• Проектировать и строить масштабируемые и качественные backend-системы.
• Управлять инфраструктурой бэкенда и повышать её эффективность.
• Развивать взаимоотношения между подразделениями и представлять техническое видение.

Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for a domain Architect complex subsystems and lead initiatives with cross-product considerations that impact multiple groups Design and build scalable, high-quality systems to solve complex financial engineering problems Manage and simplify complex back-end systems Build cross-organizational relationships, drive technical alignment, and represent the technical vision internally and externally Develop future technical leaders and promote high-quality engineering and continuous improvement Contribute to back-end infrastructure that helps users reach their financial goals Take ownership of work from start to finish

Требования:

At least 7 years of related back-end software engineering experience Proven experience architecting and maintaining microservices in a fast-paced environment Experience building high-throughput, highly available systems serving millions of users Deep experience with Java and the ability to handle complex technical challenges Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders and build cross-organizational relationships Proven ability to generate intellectual property and thought leadership, identify emerging technology trends, and serve as a technical reference point Passion for FinTech or startup environments Fluent in English Будет плюсом: AWS experience
