Responsibilities

• Дизайн, реализация и сопровождение сервисов потребительского опыта (платежи, верификация, лояльность, вовлечение).
• Вести технический анализ кросс-командных проектов и документировать решения для стейкхолдеров.
• Улучшение качества мобильной и серверной разработки через тестирование и безопасные развёртывания.
• Оказывать менторство младшим и средним инженерам, работать над зависимостями между сервисами.
• Владеть полным циклом работы над сложными системами в сотрудничестве с другими командами.

Задачи

• Design, implement, and operate services powering the consumer experience, including payment flows, identity verification, loyalty, and engagement features across the full lifecycle
• Drive technical analysis for cross-team projects, lead design discussions, and document designs for stakeholder and team review before implementation
• Improve mobile and backend development quality through testing strategies, safe progressive rollouts, and proactive technical debt reduction
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on cross-service dependencies, event-driven patterns, and operational excellence
• Own work from start to finish and contribute to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems in collaboration with other teams

Требования

• At least 5 years of related back-end software engineering experience, including microservices and cloud environments in fast-paced contexts
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and managing external dependencies, such as banking protocols
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, coordinate implementations across teams, and build trust with stakeholders
• Focus on delivering software that meets evolving user needs; adaptability, initiative, and ability to optimize systems beyond initial requirements
• Fluent in English
• Будет плюсом: AWS experience, hands-on experience building GenAI-driven features such as backend services using LLMs, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, or AWS services like Amazon Bedrock
