TMC is seeking a software developer in Milano to design and develop software from requirements to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The role offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €31,000, plus a project profit-sharing component, a dedicated learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.

Competenze

• M. sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
• 1–3 years of experience in software development
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
