Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Software Engineer to create ICT solutions that meet internal customer requirements, guaranteeing maximum functionality and efficiency. The role involves detailing designs, developing components, prototyping end-user solutions, and documenting results.

You will participate in the full software life cycle, perform pre-release testing and code reviews, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations and data flows within a complex system.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Strong interest in modern development workflows powered by AI/LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or other major programming languages.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Job Description

The Software Engineer is responsible for creating ICT solutions that comply with the internal customer's requirements, guaranteeing maximum functionality and efficiency. The core responsibilities of the role are: planning and designing the solution in detail; developing and engineering solution components; creating prototypes and solutions that end users will employ; formalizing and documenting solutions; supporting, where necessary, beyond the first level (Help desk).

Qualifications

• 1.01 Understands internal customer requirements and how these translate into application functionality
• 1.02 Collaborates with other IT professionals to define technical specifications and feasibility estimates
• 1.03 Create mockups and prototypes in accordance with the outlined specifications
• 1.04 Participate in the entire software life cycle by developing individual components and/or entire features
• 1.05 Writes quality code according to standards and using shared tools
• 1.06 Performs pre-release testing and code review activities in order to guarantee shared quality standards
