DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Software Developer Consultant to join the Custom Application Offering in Naples. The role offers hybrid work with smart-working opportunities and a starting gross base salary of €20,000, aligned with the national CBA and criteria on responsibility, experience and skills.

You will autonomously design, develop and execute software solutions, collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers, and contribute to coding standards while guiding junior developers

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field; CS/CE is a plus.
• Experience with digital development services and cloud-based microservices.
• Expertise in Java EE, Spring, SPA frameworks, Microservices, Docker, and SQL/NoSQL.
• AI/ML knowledge including cloud AI services and LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI).
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall and DevOps.
• Experience with web-development tools and AI-assisted engineering.
• Solid understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.

Mansioni

• Autonomously design, develop and execute business and technical software solutions.
• Analyze and resolve business/technical problems using appropriate solutions.
• Serve as a point of contact with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance to junior developers on delivery activities.
