Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Software Developer to help build and enhance our core ERP product, focusing on scalable features and robust architecture. You will collaborate across teams to turn ideas into tangible features that benefit thousands of businesses worldwide.

You will work with Python and JavaScript, contribute to database design with PostgreSQL, and use GitHub for collaboration in a hybrid on-site/remote setup in Lombardy, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to evolve a powerful ERP solution.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of software development.
• Italian proficiency at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Python or Javascript), with solid object‑oriented programming understanding.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

Your main focus will be developing and enhancing the Odoo product itself, working on its core features, functionalities, and architecture.
