TXT e-Tech, a unit of the TXT Group, seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist (System Integrator) to oversee the software assets and licensing portfolio for a major client project. You will govern the software asset lifecycle and ensure compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on SAM processes, license lifecycle governance, incident support, and licensing optimization. On-site in Rome, with a permanent contract and a competitive salary range.

Competenze

• Experience in Software Asset Management processes and software license lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of licensing technologies and platforms (Cisco, MathWorks, Ansys, Microsoft, Autodesk, Dynatrace, Minitab, Broadcom, MindManager, Red Hat, PrimX, Oracle, Snow, USU, SUSE).
• Technical education in CS or CE is preferred.

Mansioni

• Support SAM Manager during software and hardware requirements collection.
• Manage lifecycle of application logs and license servers.
• Monitor SAM processes with dedicated tools and generate utilization reports.
• Provide operational support for incident management, software downloads and license installations.
• Assist end users by liaising with vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform software installation, updates and access-control activities.
