Kia Italia in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Social Specialist to join the CX & Brand Marketing team and support the development of engaging digital experiences that strengthen Kia's brand presence in the Italian market.

Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager, you will support the execution of Kia's social and digital communication strategy, help create engaging content, amplify brand experiences, and enhance visibility of partnerships and events, collaborating with internal stakeholders and

Competenze

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related areas.
• Passion for digital communication and social media.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Social Media Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of Kia's social media channels; coordinate content planning, publishing, and monitoring activities.
• Content Creation & Localisation: Adapt and localise global marketing assets for the Italian market; create digital content, copy, storytelling concepts, and briefs.
• Event & Partnership Activation: Support visibility of events and partnerships; coordinate content before, during and after live experiences.
• Campaign & Performance Support: Monitor KPIs; develop editorial calendars and integrated campaigns; manage multiple projects and deadlines; identify content opportunities.
