Kia Italia in Milan, Italy, is seeking an Events & Sponsorship Specialist for a fixed-term maternity cover in a CX & Brand Marketing role. The position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering events and sponsorship activities to strengthen brand presence.

You will work with internal teams, agencies and partners in a dynamic environment, with hybrid work options up to 2 days remote per week.

Competenze

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Events, Sponsorship, Brand Experience, Experiential Marketing or similar roles.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Italian and English written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Design and execute national and local brand events and sponsorship activities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Ensure flawless event delivery from concept to on-site execution.
• Monitor partnerships, ambassadors and activation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to deliver engaging brand experiences.
