BSI is seeking a Social Auditor to drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain. You will conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and help continuously improve responsible business practices in an international, client-focused setting.

You will work with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs, while staying updated on legislation and industry trends within a global context.

Competenze

• Proven experience in social auditing and ESG topics.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Experience managing audit documentation and reporting KPIs.

Mansioni

• Perform internal and supplier audits under Lead Auditor guidance.
• Manage audit documents to meet program specifications.
• Provide ESG topic support to business developers, Sales, and Program Managers.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries.
• Develop knowledge of local health and safety, environment, and labour legislation.
• Achieve audit KPIs defined by client/program or Program Manager.

As a Social Auditor at BSI, you drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain. You will conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and help continuously improve responsible business practices in a global context. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs. This role combines field auditing with ongoing upskilling on legislation and industry trends, in an international, client-focused environment.
