BSI Group in Italy seeks a Social Auditor to drive compliance across the supply chain, conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and improve responsible business practices in a global context.

You will work with cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs, while staying up to date on legislation and industry trends in an international, client-focused environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in social auditing and ESG topics.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
• Ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries.
• Knowledge of local health and safety, environment and labour legislation.

Mansioni

• Perform internal and supplier audits under Lead Auditor guidance.
• Manage audit documents to meet program specifications.
• Provide ESG topic support to business developers, Sales, and Program Managers.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries.
• Develop knowledge of management systems, industry programs, and trends.
• Achieve audit KPIs defined by client/program.

As a Social Auditor at BSI, you drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain. You will conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and help continuously improve responsible business practices in a global context. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs. This role combines field auditing with ongoing upskilling on legislation and industry trends, in an international, client-focused environment.
