BSI Group is seeking a Social Auditor to drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain. You will conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and help continuously improve responsible business practices in a global context.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs, and you’ll perform field auditing with ongoing upskilling on legislation and industry trends in an

Competenze

• Proven experience in social auditing and ESG topics.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety, environment, and labour legislation.

Mansioni

• Perform internal and supplier audits under Lead Auditor guidance per BSI and client requirements
• Manage audit documents to meet program specifications
• Provide ESG topic support to business developers, Sales, and Program Managers
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries
• Maintain and develop skills in management systems, industry programs, and trends
• Develop knowledge of local health and safety, environment, and labour legislation

As a Social Auditor at BSI, you drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain.
